It just occured to me. Let's say you are going to take a bus ride through those flood-prone area and it is raining cats and dogs, will you still dare to hop onto those low floor, wheelchair-friendly buses?

I mean, if it is easy for wheelchair to get on, surely it will be easy for water to get on too.(wild images of flooded bus interior with people fishing from on top the engine compartment...)
